Le Tribute Tonic Water Zero

Le Tribute Tonic Water Zero is an exclusive sugar-free tonic that combines the classic character of tonic water with a fresh and modern flavour profile. Its inspiration comes from Loja in Ecuador, a region closely associated with the Cinchona tree. As early as the 17th century, the bark of this tree was traditionally used as a remedy for fever. Naturally rich in quinine, Cinchona bark provides the distinctive bitterness that tonic water is known for. Although Le Tribute Tonic Water Zero contains no sugar, great care has been taken to preserve its flavour and aroma. Lemongrass is gently distilled with water to create fresh citrus notes and an elegant fragrance. The tonic is made using spring water sourced from the distillery’s own grounds, carefully filtered to achieve a clean and well-balanced taste. Carbonation also plays an important role in the final result. Before bottling, the tonic is chilled to 2°C, helping to create fine, long-lasting bubbles. The result is a crisp and refreshing premium tonic with a distinctive bitterness, vibrant citrus notes, and a lively finish.
