Fruit growing, and especially apple growing, in the South Vätterbygden region has a history that goes back a long way. The area now belongs to the so-called “Eastern Vätterbranterna”, a UNESCO-designated biosphere reserve that stretches along the southeastern shore of Lake Vättern, from the fertile Skärstadalen in the south to Gränna in the north, with a unique combination of culture, soils and climate zones.

Around Vistakulle, on the strip of land between Lake Vättern and Lake Landsjön, there have been orchards for hundreds of years. Here you will find Vistakulle Fruit Farm, where we grow and process our apples with a gentle hand and great love. All of our drinks, from must and cider to our nobler varieties, are produced with care for the raw material as the cornerstone.
