Jonas Bronck´s Birch syrup

The birch syrup is made from both the birch sap and the small, dilapidated "mouse ears". Aroma and taste of birch with noticeable honey tones. Drink as it is together with bubble water or use in drinks. Cocktail tips Birch Fizz 3 cl JBSpirit, 3 cl JbSyrup Björk, 2 cl lime, egg white. Shake and top with mineral water. A Gin classic in a new vintage with Birch instead of Gin. 4 cl JBSpirit birch spirit, Tonic and 1-2 cl birch syrup. Lovely fresh drink to enjoy at all times of the year, but perhaps mainly during the summer.
